  I went Friday to get a windshield for my son's car. After recieving the quote of $884 I was leaving because I could not and would not pay that, the owner came down to $495 so I bit the bullet and paid to have it replaced and inspected. Kind of wondered why they could take $400 off that easy. Yesterday, Monday, my son was coming to work and a rock hit the windshield and cracked it again. So i called to speak to someone to see if there was some sort of warrenty or defect, since the check I wrote hadn't even cleared yet, and the lady was extremely rude about it and told me if they warrenty their work or windshields that they would go out of business! Well as far as I am concerned they can go out of business because she was so rude that I will never go back, not even to get an inspection sticker. No apology for my mishap or wish there was something they could do, just "well we would go out of business ma'am". I understand that no one can control rocks or weather or whatever but after knowing my customer spent $549.40 I would offer some sort of concern for their misfortune. Not even a "I am sorry that happened!!" I will tell eveyone I know about how rude this lady was! Customer service is a MUST wether you think it is or not.

  The lady at the counter was really kind of rude. We were traveling & needed to have a windshield repair. She was short with her responses to questions. The issue was repaired nicely....just need to work on the attitude of those inside.
