  These employees truly are a Geek Squad! Helped me get started with a tablet I purchased from Best Buy online at a good price. I went in local store to get a cover. Wish I knew just a fraction of what they know about electronics. Kids today must be born with those capabilities. Guess I need to read my book for dummies.

  Was looking for a specific television that I saw on the website so I ventured to the store where I live. I walked through the doors no one greeted me. I walked to the section where the televisions were located. I proceeded to browse trying to find the one that I saw on the website. I browsed for like 15 minutes and couldn't find it. I passed by the person that worked in that department about three times. Not one time did he bother to ask if I needed any help. I felt like that was poor customer service so I grew disgusted and left. Mind you I am currently taking a customer service course so I'm more observant than usual. Not one time did any of the employees engage me, a potential customer.
